I will agree with you there, If you are not sure, want a low investment, then your service could be useful for low volumes. A revolving door business, once those customers become bigger they will move on.

The fulfillment thing is fine, you probably can get a bigger courier discount than a customer just starting out would be forced to pay retail. I had thought of it many times, pain in the ass to have a warehouse etc. I did use a call center as well for customer support.

On the pills themselves, unless you are running a charity you are taking a commission, which is fine, but so is the sales person at whatever factory you are ordering from.
