you just have to force yourself to go, ignore the negative thoughts telling you that you are too tired or too hungry or too busy, just grab the keys and start walking to the car, once you are at the gym you will get your energy, if not, you can just do a light workout that day, it is better than nothing and you will feel better that you at least did a little bit
I find that once you get started, the tiredness goes away and you end up feeling way better after you are done and it is good for your mood to know you did something good for the day
