Same thing here. Latest Firefox, latest flash. You need a decent flash detection script that will play with whatever version of Flash the surfer is using (within reason).
The site has several fundamental problems.
One, if you're going to link out to pics on your tour, make it worthwhile. If a surfer clicks and get's this:
http://flickingmybean.com/pictures/big/02Nautia011.jpg they'll just close the window.
