I have an xbox 360 too. Just happened to buy this one for the PS3 for a change. If you search, it's a nasty problem for all versions, not just PS3. It was fine until I did one certain quest, then it went to hell. Seems better now though since I went back to an older save. Lost about 3 hours of progress though.
