Check out Teksavvy. They resell both DSL & Cable. Their cable premium (which I'm waiting to get - it's not available at my location yet) is about $57/month 10Mb down/ 1Mb up UNLIMITED. They also have DSL unlimited, but since I'm near the end of the loop, my connection with DSL is flakey.
