On thing I find handy is a easy reference guide/page of domains that are for sale. Maybe you could have a page where either paid or for a small fee a person can just list the domains that they have for sale. Like a master list page. And they can also have a thread that has deeper details of the domains.
I am not a member of other domain forums so this concept may already be utilized.
