Paypal's policies are there for a very good reason - to protect Paypal. You and everyone else here should aleady know what happens to processors and money movers when they let their policies lapse. They are right, you are wrong.
The bottom line is, you have to work within Paypal's policies if you want to use them. If you don't or can't handle their policies, don't complain about them. Find another (and perhaps riskier) processor to work with.
