I told him i will pay 80$ via epassporte (i had only 80$ there) to test it first. He send me traffic for about 1 week then my server crashed and my site was offline. I told him to stop traffic for the moment because i have server problems, but he continued sending traffic to a site that was offline. Would you pay for that? Than i said wtf, i payed him 80$, i got some traffic (shitty traffic but that is the risk i take it) if he continue sending me traffic is his problem not mine, and i forgot about it, now, after 7-8 months he came and ask for money.
