Same people who decided it was the federal govt. place to tell you you can't get high smoking a plant. Our govt. was never meant to do these things.

So while you're getting frisked at the airport, having your phone tapped and your emails read, being told what you can and can't view or read or hear...while all that is happening you can at least feel safe knowing you won't drink too much caffeine.
