Yes, I'm a numbers guy. Since you quoted a post from a thread talking about shutting down the websites that host stolen content I assumed you meant that 60% of those sites would close.
From your response it looks like you think 60% of people that download stolen content will stop?
It's not even illegal to watch a stolen vid on a tube site. Nobody is going to stop that shit.
