The exterior of the 360 and 430 are very different. Especially the headlights, front airintakes and the rearlights. And yes, The 430 has a 4.3 and the 360 a 3.6 V8. The F430 is the successor of the 360 Modena.
The mirrors on the 360 Challenge Stradale and 430 Scuderia are carbon fiber to save weight. Also the interior and engine bay are carbon fiber and there are no carpets and radio
The standard 360 and 430 do have carpets, leather seats, dashboard, radio etc.
