so being smart enought that realizing a bill so unconstitutionally free speech crushing isn't going to really survive eff court challenge is some how pro piracy.
i mentioned once they should put a counter clause that says if you make such a complaint and the court ultimately rule that the operation is fair use, your copyrights and all future copyright should be revoked and all your shit should be put in the public domain.

considering the effect of you wrongfully classifying fair use as infringement is that a legitimate business was fucked out of existance, that should be clearly considered balanced.
