the #1 impact on how much you pay is your quality score. 80% of your quality score is determined by your CTR.
remember, quality score is only updated about once a week or every other week. dont make a change today and expect to see a difference tomorrow.
likewise, your landing page content, quality and load time do pay into account, but only as much as 15%
