It's a shame you don't have more time to get this done. The only thing I can say is that if you can't get this done it's not the end of the world. You can still make her happy in other ways and who knows maybe she'll get another opportunity or even better maybe some day they will find a cure so it doesn't happen to her. Don't beat yourself up too badly. A loving parent is a lot more than many had and it's something which truly is priceless.
