The most astounding fact that you guys seem to overlook is out of the two people who were there in the Plaza Hotel room that night, one was carted off in an ambulance for a Psych evaluation after being found intoxicated on drugs and alcohol.

And it wasn't MY client.

Also the NYPD definitely is covering up for a famous celebrity, any other "civilian" found to be in the exact same state would have been arrested just for the damage done to the room.

He offers to pay for the damages cause he is rich and famous so it's ok to not file a vandalism report or take him to jail????

Instead he has his druthers and takes the deal to get evaluated in a psych ward for a 24 hour hold- just long enough for any drugs he may have ingested to leave his system maybe???

Doesn't add up to me

As far as Capri is concerned, she is holding up ok and definitley still shaken up by this attention and harassment she is receiving.

She is a total sweetheart, and she appreciates all of you who are supporting her through this tough time.
