If she was soooo concerned about justice she would have not talked to anyone and spoke of the details in court and in court only.

This is how the real story goes:
Charlie hires a hooker (Capri) to have a dinner with him etc. then per their agreement they go back to his room. While he isn't watching she nabs the watch, or maybe she doesn't who knows. They fuck as per their agreement. During sex he may or may not choke her if he does it's part of the moment. They finish. She's getting dressed, so is he. They are gathering their things and he notices the watch is missing. As stated before there are only 2 people in the room. She stole it or he lost it under the bed or somewhere. He may have been on drugs big surprise. He continues to search for the watch then asks her where it is and starts throwing things around looking for it. I would get pissed if I thought a hooker took my 160k watch too. She'd have to spend 47 days with him (at her rate of 3,500 daily) to earn that money. She gets scared he's going to figure her out as she sits in the bathroom she calls the cops. She tells them everything except her stealing the watch. A month later she gets some people saying oh you should claim this and that and play victim etc you could make alot of money. She whines and complains and changes her story etc. End of story.
Someone out for justice would keep their mouth shut and wait for trial and keep their business to themselves. Especially if they were as spooked, frightened, scared, terrified, etc as they claim to be. Who would hire a PR person etc?
