Almost a decade ago I had a doctor push AD on me and fell for it for 2 years. I was miserable and decided to go for the healthy route and later found out I have a severe allergic reaction to gluten or any wheat products. It took about a year to naturally balance out and I feel great and normal after many years of suffering.
Now I only eat natural foods and exercise regularly and was truly upset with myself it took this long to see the light. WTS, I never will forget what it's like for 6 months coming off your meds. That's just fucking brutal and hope that the people who really need them do and the others who "think" they do go natural.

I've been on & off them for years... one thing i know for certain, i need to be on them, as well as a host of other shit. I do not function well on my own... and i've tried the healthy route too. Believe me, i'd love to be pill free, but it just ain't ever happening for me. But i don't speak for anyone else.
