Keeping one's foreskin rolled back desensitizes the head of the penis in the same way that being circumcised does and during an erection gives a similar look as a circumcised penis, with just a bit of extra skin around the base of the head.

Actually, pulling the foreskin back around the base of the head is more stimulating for a woman, due to the enhanced "ribbed" sensation the extra skin offers after the head of the penis enters her vagina (this is something that most women who only like circumcised penises never experience fully).

The best part of it all is that if an uncircumcised guy chooses to do this, he can restore his full sensitivity by simply keeping the skin in its natural state over the head of the penis.

Therefore, as I stated earlier, your claim that one can't imagine it any other way is false. Us uncircumcised guys can have it either way by simply "rolling back". Also, might I add, any negative talk by the "circumcised" about smegma and increased risk of STI's is a bunch of nonsense as proper hygiene eliminates those viewpoints.
