The post about "Food Police" reminded me of this. The cost of not educating people about what they eat is going to be very high. Not just for Americans, more countries are following the bad eating trend.
But the USA is still way behind India and China, by 2030 India will have about 3 times more diabetes cases then the USA. I'm not saying its a good thing but its nowhere near the worst.
