In Spanish "Chinas" (Chee-nahs) is a reference to Asians. Not necessarily the country China. I think she is tryingto say ( AT LEAST I HOPE)
"Tonight I want you to join me in a prayer, about the attacks happening between the Asians, so that the situation doesn’t worsen.”
I mean, it is still lame she can't specify the countries but I doubt it was meant in anyway to be offensive.
