I have received images of his and his daughter and copies of the invoice from EF (the corp that handles the trip).

I also talked to EF to confirm.

This is not a scam of someone trying to make some additional money. If he deserves the money to be paid for him or not does not matter and is nobodies businuess except for whoever pays it.
