Agreed, they are both grey, they both have the similar layouts, so maybe this guy see your gallery & has no imagination....
Personally, I would place the images on the right with the mature sites underneath the gallery area, pulling them right across the page. Speak to the guy, send him an email
I wouldnt say it was a definate copy, but it has to be said, similar.... you should be proud he liked the colour and layout of yours
