If I were a user of that torrent, I wouldn't even think about going to that new url after seeing what just happened to the .com and reading about torrent users getting nailed.

Plus people just move on to something else. In my opinion the .info site will never take off like the .com one did. And I'd also bet that .info domain will be the next one on the chopping block very shortly.
