I checked it out (Amerinoc) and while it advertises as low as 4.95/mo, for 12 months it's 6.95. It's also a little complicated to maneuver in my opinion. The only button to click for web hosting is the "4.95 order now" button and it takes you to a page that says 9.95 and says 9.95 throughout until you choose to change it from monthly (which you cannot do until you decide on a domain). I think most people that don't have patience, intelligence, etc would just skip it.
