update:

we can do Dec. 10th - as a small test for which everyone pays himself.

i might have one or two sponsors for something which could be a little bigger, but that would require much more time in advance

i will arrange something where we can eat and drink - and then move to some club from there if we want. just didn't have the time yet and the club that i originally had in mind would require more people to have an area just for us. but i'm on it and will find something appropriate. nevertheless for a reservation the number of people is kind of important - so keep bumping this to see how many people will show up

Not so many peeps to build a page. But overall idea is good, to have a yearly Eastern European bump. Brno is fine but I'd prefer Krakow

Also, why wouldnt you all come to gether in Lviv? VIsa free for you - no visa pain for me.

well, there's like 10 clubs where we could go to but i'd suggest Livingstone like on page 1 of this thread. and i dont think we will need any special arrangements for that - or will we? there's still time to arrange more

about the prices.
the first one is really cheap with only 63 euros for a double room.
the comsa brno palace isnt expensive either. i got a rate for only 98 euros for a double room.
the best western however gave me the cheapest of 194 euro per room

so i booked a room at the comsa now

Well the reason i gotta think about it is I just bought house and theres going to be alot to do before we move in and stuff

I will probably decide last second to come lol, it's only like 250km to brno from here so don't have to drive across whole fucking europe again.
