Just talked with MidnightJackson on ICQ... and after 1 hour of talk we are on same.... He ordered,got download links,licence,invoice..he lied to me for 2 months for payment...and then he said he dont need it...
so he really think its normal to do bizz like that...
So i tried again to be nice with him...and told him he can keep money+content but just to be man enough and admit stuff he did..to be man enough to stand for his acts..... but he dont give up from his story...trying to make me look bad couse of shit he did,lol
Anyway i dont have anymore time and nerves to waste on him...

If the guy hasn't downloaded the content, I think the deal should be null and void ... I'd take it as a deal that never went through....
If you were a coder or artist and had worked on the sketch or the initial code, of course, you'd have done work.
But being that it's just a 2 minute job to send licences etc .... it's also a two min job to cancel them ...
You should not put any more effort into this ... I really don't see the problem.

My guess is that the guy ordered the content and then downloaded it... Lykos can check the server logs.... then his money man backed out and instead of stand up and pay for the content he decided to screw Lykos....
I figure this loss to Lykos is small even if the guy has downloaded the content a tool like him would never be able to publish it in a awy that would devalue it to Lykos.... and now there are plenty of people that would not piss on Derek is he was ablaze....

I dont get it... to me, a transaction is an exchange of money for goods or services.
If Midnight Jackson did not take any goods (except for the freebies), then there was no transaction.
If I went after all the people that approached me and asked me to get them quotes, sent me source footage but eventually never went through with hiring me to edit their videos, Id be a bloody millionaire.
Some deals go sour cause of unforseen circumstances. I dont think Midnight Jackson should pay for content he never took or doesnt want anymore.skype: lordofthecameltoeComment
