Blatter wants his friends constructions companies to make a big business in russia and quatar where they need to build a lot of new stadiums.. in russia only 3 stadiums are ready... 11 will be made..
Same as they did in south africa...
if they did this in australia or USA or spain, they could not make 2000 million dollars of profit... also the oil dollars is a big thing.
