I've got some news for you.
1) A rape begins with the act, which then results in an accuser who alleges the crime occurred and a perpetrator who typically denies the allegation. Essentially, that is "he said, she said" as baddog suggested.
2) Posting someone else's documents online does not make one a journalist.
