Let me play devil's advocate for a second. Flying is not a right. Flying is a privilege and it is something you choose to do voluntarily. By now we all know about the frisking so you now know that if you choose to fly, you are also agreeing to get the pat down on the scanner. Your rights are not being taken away from you. You are volunteering to give them up.

Then again, I won't even bother because trying to explain that the "terrorists" have already won by instilling widespread fear into all of you dumb ass people would be a waste of time...
