Let me play devil's advocate for a second. Flying is not a right. Flying is a privilege and it is something you choose to do voluntarily. By now we all know about the frisking so you now know that if you choose to fly, you are also agreeing to get the pat down on the scanner. Your rights are not being taken away from you. You are volunteering to give them up.

with all the bailouts airlines have got over the years, your tax dollars are paying for them to stay in business, so i think there should be some rights given..
