They aren't listed based on number people in the room, they get people in their room cause they are listed at or near the top. The way the models get listed is based on a formula with profile rating by paying members being a big part of that.

I have no clue how they list them. I just went through them in order and the one thing that was there was how many people were in the room at that minute. And that was how they were ordered from top to bottom.
