CCBill with an Epoch cascade which credits affiliates is a good way to go. NATS is also good in my opinion as long as you also offer a ccbill or ccbill integrated option. If you go with NATS try to make it as affiliate friendly configuration wise as possible. Verotel is fine as well although ccbill has better affiliate stats and a generally more trusted program. The important thing is to make sure your affiliates (if you have them) get credit for all processors. Run an honest program and you'll do better in the long run.
