My guess is they paid a hefty settlement.
One thing I have to give props to RK on is that any lawsuits they have had seem to go quickly, not a ton of PR, and quietly go on their way.
This part is interesting though:
"Reality Kings' parent company, RK Netmedia, has sued its insurers over the claim by the 26 record companies, saying that they have not provided any assistance in their legal battle. Those suits continue in two federal courts."
Will be interesting to see how that pans out.
