AIM does a good job about making people in the industry feel safe. You trust them and what they say. However, there is still risk involved and that is where people who are uneducated about HIV/AIDS and STDs fall victim to the industry.
I've used AIM in the past and my only real complaint with them is not pushing for mandatory Hep testing along with HIV. That is just as deadly yet the industry doesn't test for it. Boggles the mind.
They should also test for herpes and let the talent choose if they want to work with people with herpes or not. Of course most would test positive, but those without it would at least have a choice.
