so let me get this right , person A steals something give it to person B , then person B knowing that the material is stolen passes it on

and that is ok ?

so if I have a paysite, person A rips all my movies, gives it to person B then person B makes a full site with my material

that is ok ? Person B did not steal anything and thus his site is legal ??
