My personal favourite is webcams.com
Ive taken a look at alot of the white labels, i think the webcams.com is best by far. They have about 100k picture gallerys built into it, along with 10k tube videos - makes it easy to drive in traffic that way.

The chat window is big, and the site runs well.
Although i would say they dont have as many models as some of the other cam players.
Maybe webcams should add a model referer thing (hint hint)
