When the movie starts, his kids are playing IN THE SAND.
At the end when he sees them, they are playing IN THE GRASS.
He asks them what they are doing, they quietly reply: "WE'RE BUILDING SAND CASTLES"
But they are not in sand, they are in grass, and wearing the same clothes as in his dreams.
Then the movie cuts off.
He is still dreaming.

Nope, you are wrong.. HE IS NOT DREAMING. FACT.
And if my words are not enough for you, then take a look at this:
Interpretation of the ending:
Seconds before the film cuts to the end credits, the spinning top wobbles, but the audience does not see it stop or hear it stop. This leaves the audience wondering whether all of the final sequence was perhaps another of Cobb's dreams rather than reality. However, in an interview on The Chris Moyles Show,
Michael Caine stated that "[The spinning top] drops at the end, that's when I come back on. If I'm there it's real, because I'm never in the dream. I'm the guy who invented the dream."[45]
PERIOD.
