this week I've had confit of duck (French)
clams with white beans (Basque)
Lentils with chorizio, salt pork and morcilla (Spanish)
Pasta with pinenuts, bulb fennel and cherry tomatoes (Southern Italian)
today I've got miso soup with tofu, beech mushrooms, spring onions and udon noodles
tomorrow I'm having a chicken madras, bombay potatoes and a red lentil dhal.
And Sunday a good old classic English stew. Shin of beef, onions, carrots, parsnip, swede, tomatoes, celery then heavy on the L&P.
