The doing well program is 100+ sales a day ranges between 2-4 million a year. Then your main block of live programs do 250-1m a year or 10-40ish transactions daily. For most Companies you can take roughly half away for affiliates/referrals/ad buying of some sort.

Every major program has at least one major whale that normally will produce roughly 50k-80k a month in payments to them and yes it can go a hell of a lot more. Huge affiliates know which major players can and will pay them. The smaller the program, the smaller the big affiliates are - if any. Most programs average payment even for the bigger affiliates on most programs is less than 5k.
