Yes, this is nothing more than a piecemeal approach to the NAU, SPP, North American merger that was so fiercely opposed years back. It's now back and being negotiated once again behind the backs of Canadians. The ramifications of this agreement will be absolutely devastating to the sovereignty of Canada.

All this in a time when the US is headed towards a full fledged tyranny too.
