Yeah well one thing for certain is anyone who does meth for any extended period of time is going to end up with a similar story.
Hopefully your brother will be able to reflect on his situation and realize he needs to stop the dope or it is just going to get worse and worse. It never gets better if you keep using and he needs to understand that.
