that's exactly right. It shouldn't be forced. That's my only point. Why you find that humorous is beyond me. I admit that much. But it doesn't change my opinion of it.
you realize that boat insurance is not required. Why not? Is that not a vehicle? What of other vehicles? Why aren't most recreational vehicles slapped with mandatory insurance? Is the risk for collisions not even greater?
as I said, you are not forced to continue living, nor are you forced to live in this country.

Automobile liability insurance...has to do with the Commerce Clause of the Constitution and the Supreme Court has ruled that providing proof of liability falls within the Commerce clause...end of story.
You may not like it...and I may not like it...but you do not know the ins and outs of the Commerce Clause of the Constitution...and neither do I.
