if I bring my bicycle onto a BART train (bicycle also not insured), and the train stops suddenly and my handlebars get jammed into your liver to the point that you're hospitalized, who pays for that? The train? Me? You? What insurance policy covers that? Who's fault is it? Shouldn't passengers be required to carry personal liability insurance for things that happen ON the train / bus? Who is responsible?
