I read the whole thing, I am a slow thorough reader so it took me some time. There are a lot of points in it that I disagree with but I cannot fault his argument except this one;

If you allow for possession of this type of content then you are encouraging the production of it. If someone can financially gain from it with the end user facing no repercussions, then its availability would become even more rampant. The writer full explains how the distributors are beating the governments.
