In this thread I have only talked about what it takes to fill your "Green" line - which is getting one person per month.
On the 24th day of every month the unused Green Tickets are available to be used by Members who have extra people on their waiting lists. So on December 24th I will be able to get all the people on my waiting list in.
I'm not going to get into any more detail about the nuts and bolts of this thing here - the videos tell the story for those who are interested.
