while i'm sure they will keep an eye out , they aren't going to swap out chips ( costly ) or start hassling people who cash in chips, both hurt their image.
dude will cash a few in , comeback buy chips place big safe bets slowly slipping in his chips, he is probably a gambler with an addiction.
