As you may know Russia had no laws against american hunters for underage kids. Pedophiles in Russia was something like flying sharks in Cleveland. So the country was unprotected. Some of the local criminals have used that situation to sell Russian kids to the american pedophiles, because there was a huge demand from the US tourists and no serious punishment against it in the Russian law. Thanks to the Russian government which has added the necessary articles to the Law and was catching the tourists of The Land of Pedo almost every day.
