never buy warranties. unless its on a used car and they offer it.
most electronics come with a warranty for a specific period anyhow.
consumer reports has done several studies on warranties and have determined that they are mostly just pure profit to retailers.
skip it. by the time you have issues beyond what your manufacturers warranty is and covers, it will be time for a new tv anyhow. that is if you are someone who always gets the newest shit like i normally do.
