Dave this is all bulshit and you know it. It shows more about the financial postion of your company not wanting to pay out on a "little" amount of money than some affiliates dead links. Those people you claim you can't contact, they obviously still cashing your checks, send them a notice with their check. Oh wait LOL you stopped sending checks....
