Seems the problem is not that you have no way to contact people, but rather they have no way to contact you and have to resort to posting on your GFY profile, on forums or just giving up.
Did you contact these people below and see that they got paid? One dates back to July.

And of course we didn't receive money neither to the old nor the new bank account. I see that my account is in fully working condition, join forms on all my sites working fine.
